SANA is a robotics and AI software development studio. We help startups and enterprise teams build production-grade autonomous systems, from the perception stack to the cloud backend that operates a fleet. Our recent work includes humanoid robot combat, autonomous earth rovers, AI-driven game opponents, and 24/7 AI streaming agents.

Autonomous navigation & SLAM

We build robotics navigation stacks on ROS and ROS 2: path planning, behavior trees, sensor fusion (IMU + GPS + LiDAR + cameras) and custom SLAM for environments where off-the-shelf maps don't exist. We've shipped autonomy on terrestrial rovers handling unstructured outdoor terrain.

Computer vision & perception

Production perception pipelines using YOLO (v5–v11), OpenCV, PyTorch and TensorRT. Object detection, segmentation, tracking, depth estimation and OCR. We deploy on edge devices (Coral and embedded GPUs) and in the cloud, with retraining loops that get better as your data grows.

Teleoperation & remote control

Real-time teleoperation interfaces with sub-second latency. Web-based control surfaces, low-latency video streaming, gamepad and Switch-controller input pipelines, and safe handoff between AI autonomy and human operators. Battle-tested on UFB humanoid robots and Earth Rovers.

Fleet management & operations

Manage tens to thousands of robots from a single dashboard. Mission planning, OTA updates, telemetry storage, anomaly detection, role-based access. Built on AWS with the same backend disciplines we apply to SaaS: observability, CI/CD, audit logs and rollback.

AI agents & SDKs for research

We build robotics SDKs for AI research teams: clean APIs over hardware, sim-to-real bridges, training environments and gym-style interfaces. We've also built generative AI agents that drive characters in real-time entertainment products.

Simulation & sim-to-real

Unity, Unreal, Gazebo and Isaac simulation pipelines for synthetic data generation, RL training and pre-deployment validation. We run sim, validate behavior, then bridge into production with confidence.
