Leeloo is a 3D AI agent who streams live, around the clock, on Twitch, Kick and X. She was conceived and built entirely at SANA, which makes her the clearest statement of what we think applied AI looks like when nobody is scoping it for us.

Answering with a face
The hard part is the loop: read the chat, answer, speak and animate fast enough that the viewer still connects the reply to what they typed. A correct answer twenty seconds late is broken.

Nobody on shift
24/7 is an infrastructure claim, not a content one. At four in the morning the system recovers from dropped streams and model failures alone, and decides for itself when something is worth posting.

Eight capybara companions race live and any viewer enters through Twitch chat. Watching an AI talk wears off. Racing other people is a reason to come back.
