Finding the rule that applies
Compliance teams are not short of sources. They are short of confidence that the one in front of them is current and applies to their jurisdiction. That made this an information-architecture problem.

Credibility by design
In a regulatory context typography and structure are read as evidence before the text is. Restraint was treated as a functional property rather than a style choice.

Add a jurisdiction
What is prohibited depends on where you are and who you are dealing with. The content model was built so a new jurisdiction is a content job, not an engineering project.

A reference, not alerts
Plenty of services tell you something changed. A late alert is an annoyance; a wrong reference is a compliance failure. This is built to be correct rather than first.
